June 2024: I was invited to South Middle School in Newburgh, NY by the Family and Community Engagement Team (FACE) as a visiting Artist to speak with the students and share my insight as a professional artist. I spoke with the students about my creative journey and shared my inspirations which are most influential in my work. We also collaborated on a group canvas during the visit. During the workshop, the students created their own original piece of art inspired by my work but related to their own life experience.
